Salesforce Textarea Rich Field Mapping to your Form Field

Like the Text area field, the salesforce Text area Rich field also accepts the text. There is a difference between both fields, the difference of accepting text in various lengths.

The salesforce text area field accepts the text in 255 characters, while the Text area Rich field allows entering the text in 131,072 characters. It means, the salesforce text area rich field is capable to save more text than the salesforce text area field.

 The text characters are displayed on separate lines similar to a Description field.
